Supervisor, Distribution

Supervise multiple departments within the distribution center, including case pick, shipping, receiving, returns, loading, order processing, and replenishment. Monitor productivity of warehouse associates and balance workload to ensure production and delivery goals are met. Provide training, tools, and equipment for associates to ensure tasks are completed safely and efficiently. Identify process improvements to enhance distribution center performance and effectiveness. Ensure all associates maintain clean work areas and follow company safety policies and procedures. Complete appropriate paperwork and productivity reports. Leads a group of support, craft, or lower level professional associates while acting as a point-of-contact for escalated issues. Evaluates the distribution center's alignment for efficiency and inventory management.
