Job Summary
Supervisor, Distribution in Greensboro, NC leads multiple warehouse departments (case pick, shipping, receiving, returns, loading, order processing, replenishment) within the distribution center, provides direction and motivation to warehouse associates, and ensures safety, productivity, and quality. Responsible for monitoring productivity, providing training and equipment, maintaining smooth warehouse operations, serving as a point-of-contact for escalated issues, identifying process improvements to enhance DC performance and inventory management, ensuring cleanliness and policy compliance, and completing productivity reports. Requires a BS/BA in a related discipline, 5+ years of distribution-center experience, and 2+ years in a lead/mentorship role; advanced degree may offset some experience. Travel is typically less than 10% overnight.
