Job Summary
Manage proper storage, identification, and preservation of raw materials, components, finished goods, and consumables while issuing materials to production as per approved requisitions. Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock verification and cycle counts, and investigate discrepancies. Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics with transporters and suppliers, preparing dispatch documentation including delivery challans, invoices, and e-way bills. Maintain accurate stock records and inventory transactions in the ERP system. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and logistics reports. Ensure warehouse cleanliness and compliance with 5S, safety, and statutory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Chemical, Production, or a related Engineering discipline
- 2–5 years of experience in manufacturing
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
