Job Summary
Supervise caregiver staff through training, coaching, and mentoring while providing oversight of personnel and client care to enhance health, safety, and welfare. Assist clients with activities of daily living including physical assistance and personal care, redirect challenging behaviors to promote independence, and support cooking and cleaning in the home. Complete all duties as assigned. This role supports individuals with high personal care needs or complex behavioral challenges within residential settings.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- Reliable transportation to and from programs and training classes
- Communication & Problem-Solving skills
- Successful completion of a caregiver background check, TB test and Health Screen
- Valid Driver's License with 3 years of acceptable driving record, required
