Job Summary
Maintain work schedules, train staff, and implement company policies while supervising caregiver teams in the home. Manage client funds, monitor health and medication administration, and prepare meals according to dietary guidelines. Assist clients with daily tasks, personal care, light housekeeping, and fun activities. Report allegations of abuse, rights violations, or fraud to management, ensuring professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions with guardians and case workers. On-call responsibilities apply based on program needs. This role supports a majority women employee-owned organization dedicated to providing dignified care for individuals with special needs across Wisconsin and Indiana.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- Reliable transportation to and from programs and training classes
- Valid Driver's License with 3 years of acceptable driving record
- Successful completion of a caregiver background check, TB test and Health Screen
Desired Qualifications
- 1-2 years of previous supervisory experience
- Ability to work with individuals with special needs or willingness to learn
- Managing stressful conditions by maintaining self-composure and self-control
