Supervisor - Dietary

Supervise the day-to-day operation of the Food and Nutrition Department to ensure full compliance with federal, state, and other regulatory agencies. Perform clerical support duties necessary for optimal patient care, including the safety and efficiency of food prepared in the department, budgetary requirements, and compliance to policies and procedures. Maintain current Food Safety Certification from an accredited organization and utilize PC systems effectively. This full-time variable shift role at Saint Mary of Nazareth Hospital in Chicago, IL, requires two years of food service operations experience and is open to candidates with a preferred Certified Dietary Service Supervisor credential.
