Supervisor de Segurança Patrimonial

Lead operations and security activities for the gate and patrol services. Guide the field team to correct process failures, while implementing control devices and optimizing workflows. Establish diverse reports for team monitoring and statistical controls. Propose and draft security policies, plans, norms, and procedures alongside the area manager. Monitor service quality for gate and patrol functions, and negotiate and supervise third-party security contracts with management. Administer relationships with other company areas. Implement and oversee gate controls, searches, employee and third-party flows, and critical points. Manage entry and exit of materials. Full-time role, Monday through Friday, 08:00 to 18:00 (08:00 to 17:00 on Fridays). Requires full degree in Administration or related fields, mandatory basic Guard training, and Office Suite proficiency.
