Job Summary
Recruitment Supervisor to lead a recruitment team in a high-volume BPO environment. Hands-on in the recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, screening, selecting), drives candidate pipelines, tracks and reports KPIs, engages with clients, and ensures compliance through background checks. Requires leadership, process management, and proficiency with Google Workspace and Slack to manage data, dashboards, and collaboration across a client-focused recruitment operation.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience supervising or coordinating teams in a BPO, call center, or high-volume operations environment
- Direct recruitment experience is a plus but not required; leadership and process management background is what matters
- Technical proficiency with Google Workspace (advanced spreadsheet management), Slack, and digital tracking platforms
- Ability to handle sensitive candidate data with discretion and ensure hires meet security and compliance requirements, including government-contracting constraints
- Analytical skills to read dashboards and course-correct recruitment data and team performance
- Strong verbal and written communication for internal coordination and client interaction
