SUPERVISOR DE QUALIDADE - (SERRA TALHADA E ARCOVERE)

Oversee quality management routines to ensure operational excellence and continuous improvement aligned with established targets and best practices. Supervise team and third-party processes to guarantee delivery deadlines and standard compliance, while mobilizing stakeholders on quality procedures. Manage the Integrated Management System (SGI) by coordinating document updates, standardization, and training initiatives. Plan, evaluate, and lead internal and external audits to address non-conformities and prevent failures. Represent the organization in community and entity requests. Requires Chemical Engineering degree, active council registration, and proven team leadership experience. Located in Serra Talhada, Arcoverde, and Caruaru.
