Job Summary
Ensure finished product supply while adhering to safety and quality policies, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Lead accident investigations, track quality indicators, and implement corrective actions. Monitor direct labor and raw material cost deviations through template optimization and corrective measures. Coordinate daily production plans and align departments for line efficiency. Manage hiring, onboarding, and training for unionized associates. Oversee internal and external audits including ISO 9001, LPA's, and 5S. Collaborate with HR on personnel administration. Requires a Mechanical or Industrial Engineering degree, three years of production supervision experience, and knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, TPM, and 5S. Fluency in English is desirable.
Required Qualifications
- Ingeniería Mecánica, Ingeniería Industrial o carrera afín
- Experiencia mínima de 3 años como Supervisor de Producción y manejo de personal
