Manage production resources, including labor, equipment, and facilities, while ensuring safe process conditions through risk mapping and controls. Develop high-performance teams focused on meeting production plans for safety, quality, and cost, driving continuous improvement. Administer vacation schedules, manage process orders, and oversee material returns to inventory. Monitor GMPs and 5S compliance across lines and peripherals, verify machine functionality, and coordinate preventive maintenance programs. Conduct functional line tests with packaging engineering and track line efficiency metrics. Maintain accurate AC1 inventory records and lead process audits. Requires Industrial, Mechanical, or Chemical engineering degree with two years of production supervision experience.
