Job Summary
Start production lines and supervise assigned staff to ensure on-time shifts and machine operations. Administer metrics, monitor EHS and quality compliance, and develop work plans prioritizing resources. Lead continuous improvement events and 5S program audits while following up on absenteeism and personnel behavior. Verify payroll processing accuracy and provide appropriate protective equipment to associates. Manage daily operations to achieve SQDCP goals and support Kaizen initiatives across assigned lines.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of relevant experience in supervisory positions, management of work teams
- 5 years of experience in operation processes and manufacturing
- Skills to negotiate and work under pressure
- Management of Microsoft Office, SAP
- 70% English, preferably
- Experience in personnel management
- Ability to work under pressure
- Teamwork and communication at all levels
