Job Summary
Lead strategic project and order execution from demand planning to customer delivery, integrating Supply Chain and Operations teams. Coordinate cross-functional alignment across Purchasing, Planning, Production, Logistics, and Quality while managing schedules, risks, and performance indicators. Act as the primary Supply Chain interface for Project Management and Customer Service to ensure governance, deadline compliance, and OTD excellence. Conduct regular tracking meetings to support decision-making and drive operational KPIs. Maintain a zero-accident safety culture throughout all project activities. Requires a degree in Engineering or Administration with strong demand planning and SAP expertise.
Required Qualifications
- Graduação completa em Engenharia, Administração ou áreas afins
- Sólida experiência em Planejamento de Demanda, PCP, Supply Chain ou Gestão de Projetos no segmento industrial
- Experiência em liderança de equipes e gestão de estoques
- Conhecimento avançado em SAP (ou ERP equivalente), Excel e Power BI
- Inglês avançado requerido
