Plan and organize operational logistics for events with productions, sponsors, and partners. Coordinate access and operational releases for suppliers, technical teams, and productions. Monitor loading and unloading operations, including escorting supplier vehicles. Supervise equipment movement and installation for events, brand activations, and promotional actions. Inspect operations to ensure park infrastructure preservation. Oversee on-site assembly, disassembly, and provide operational support during show days. Organize weekly operational schedules and activity flows. Prepare operational and management reports, including pre- and post-event summaries. Compile operational data, consolidate public audience reports, and maintain the event database. Support operational communication through information organization and internal briefing creation.
