Coordinate operational and maintenance activities for renewable energy generation assets, ensuring safety, equipment reliability, and maximum availability. Plan, organize, and distribute daily maintenance tasks for internal teams and contracted vendors while monitoring performance indicators and providing feedback. Act as the primary interface between field operations, the Generation Operation Center (COG), suppliers, and other company areas to ensure efficient communication and integration. Lead team development through recruitment, integration, and technical behavioral processes while enforcing safety, environmental, and compliance standards. Support the COG in real-time, pre-operation, and post-operation activities, including the development and review of maneuvering plans. Assist the Maintenance Planning and Control (PCM) area in creating maintenance plans, work orders, and technical instructions. Prepare technical and managerial reports to track plant performance and monitor corrective and preventive actions.
