Analyze maintenance history and priorities to schedule the maintenance plan according to budget and labor availability. Evaluate sector efficiency indices to implement corrective actions and build the maintenance plan, including purchasing parts and services. Approve purchase orders and emergency part requisitions within your authority, while supporting the procurement team in supplier development and service follow-up. Define minimum and maximum inventory levels for the warehouse and set periodicity for vibration, thermography, and oil analysis inspections. Supervise third-party work and train new employees on maintenance procedures to minimize operational costs. Full Mechanical Engineering degree required.
