Monitor safety metrics across areas, activities, and organizational structures while managing mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electromechanical systems. Execute preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on machinery, including post-mold changes and scheduled starts. Lead or participate in cross-functional teams to analyze product and process variations, identify root causes, and implement irreversible corrective actions. Administer assigned equipment and personnel, enforce safety and hygiene regulations, and track assigned tasks. Manage maintenance program administration and lead initiatives to reduce scrap, rework, and downtime. Ensure all operations comply with legal, environmental, and company policies. Provide resources as the SAA requires and complete monthly Wombat platform training.
