Lead daily "ping-pong" meetings to track store metrics, analyze performance data, and propose operational improvements. Manage store openings and closings, including cash procedures and price changes, while supporting sales activities in non-specialist areas. Execute inventory processes, oversee multi-channel fulfillment (drive-thru, click-and-collect), and ensure marketing campaign application. Conduct staff training on the Centauro path, handle administrative tasks such as scheduling and leave approvals, and manage customer claims and product returns. Ensure store security, cleanliness, and compliance with Group SBF norms.
