Lead and supervise the logistics driver and support staff team, managing work schedules and optimizing transport routes based on deadlines, vehicle capacity, and traffic conditions. Oversee third-party freight contracting and negotiate service provider contracts while implementing and monitoring key performance indicators to evaluate transport efficiency. Ensure compliance with local and national transport regulations, road safety standards, and vehicle maintenance schedules. Manage logistics for cargo loading and unloading to guarantee product integrity, analyze logistical costs, and maintain up-to-date documentation for all vehicles and personnel.
