Supervisor de HSE

Oversee on-site compliance with legal safety regulations and corporate standards for own staff and subcontractors during infrastructure projects. Control civil works, foundations, structural mounting, mechanical, electrical, and photovoltaic activities while verifying proper Personal Protective Equipment usage. Execute periodic safety inspections to identify unsafe conditions, document observations, and propose improvements. Support the creation, implementation, and control of safe work procedures and technical instructions. Participate in hazard identification and risk assessments, conduct safety inductions, daily talks, and preventive training for personnel. Register and track incidents, non-standard conditions, and near accidents to ensure corrective actions are followed. Supervise safety requirements for contractor and subcontractor companies. Maintain up-to-date preventive documentation required by law and the company. Requires three years of experience in the role and risk management documentation skills.
