Job Summary
Lead commercial campaigns to deploy and acquire new users on digital platforms managed in the area while overseeing the daily management of the Digital Excellence Program. Develop internal strategies and actions to foster a digital culture and mindset across the organization. Manage company digital channels to meet specific objectives and monitor success indicators for digital solution deployments. Direct the implementation and development backlog for production platforms to drive digital transformation. Requires a university degree in Industrial Engineering, Administration, Marketing, or related fields, advanced English proficiency, three years of general work experience, and availability to work at the Monterrico office.
Required Qualifications
- Egresado(a) universitario de las carreras de Ing. Industrial, Administración, Marketing o Afines
- Dominio de herramientas de Google (nivel intermedio)
- Dominio de Inglés nivel avanzado
- 3 años de experiencia laboral general y funciones afines
- Disponibilidad para laborar en nuestra sede en Monterrico
