Job Summary
Lead the Purchasing team by overseeing daily operations, prioritizing critical demands, and supporting negotiations and order follow-ups. Ensure factory supply by monitoring delivery deadlines and mitigating stockout risks while tracking performance indicators to drive continuous improvement. Develop and homologate suppliers with technical teams, integrate Purchasing with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Logistics, and reactivate the MRP system to reduce reliance on manual tracking. Identify cost reduction opportunities and ensure adherence to supply governance policies. Requires a degree in Administration, Engineering, or Supply Chain; Protheus ERP knowledge is mandatory, while SAP, MRP planning, and English are desirable. Required Qualifications
- Graduação em Administração, Engenharia, Logística, Comércio Exterior, Economia ou áreas correlatas
- Conhecimento ERP Protheus (Obrigatório)
- Conhecimento em sistema MRP e Planejamento de Materiais

- Pós-graduação em Gestão, Supply Chain ou áreas correlatadas (Diferencial)
- Cursos Específicos e desejáveis: Strategic Sourcing e Técnicas de Negociação, Gestão da Cadeia de Suprimentos (Supply Chain), Gestão de Estoques e MRP , Lean Manufacturing e Melhoria Contínua, Gestão de Indicadores (KPIs)
- Conhecimento ERP SAP (Desejável)
- Conhecimento em Inglês (Desejável)
