Job Summary
Plan and manage personnel deployment according to customer contracts using the Securitas DPP planning program. Lead, support, and motivate staff within your scope, including conducting performance conversations and coordinating onboarding for new hires. Ensure compliance with service instructions, maintain equipment and uniforms, and oversee quality management for security services. Collaborate on risk assessments, customer acquisition, and business development while supporting the area manager. Requires a certified security officer (GSSK), B-class license, and strong German/English skills (B2). Full-time role with flexible hours from 09:00 to 17:00, Monday through Friday, with possible special services.
Required Qualifications
- Geprüfte Schutz- und Sicherheitskraft (GSSK) nach § 34a GewO
- Führerschein Klasse B
- Einwandfreier Leumund
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mind. B2) in Wort und Schrift
Desired Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung sowie kaufmännische / branchenspezifische Qualifikationen und / oder abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium / Sicherheitsmanagement von Vorteil
- Erfahrungen in der Dienstleistungs- / Sicherheitswirtschaft
- Führungserfahrung
- Erfahrung mit Personalplanungsprogrammen
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office Anwendungen
