Supervisor Cycle Technician responsible for a wide range of bicycle repairs including brake adjustments, gear tuning, wheel truing, drivetrain maintenance, and suspension servicing; assembling new bicycles to manufacturer guidelines; conducting service consultations with customers and providing repair recommendations and estimates; helping customers select parts and accessories; performing safety inspections; maintaining workshop quality control and organizing the workshop, tools, and stock; delivering excellent customer service and ensuring customers leave confident in their bike.
