Job Summary
Supervisor, Customer Relations – Retail overseeing daily retail store operations in the Oxford, MS area, coaching and evaluating Customer Service Representatives, driving sales and customer retention while maintaining accurate billing and service details. Leads training, recognizes top performers, communicates policy updates, and supports Customer Operations. Role requires travel to regional offices 3 days per week, a hands-on leadership approach, and a commitment to a positive, high-performing team culture.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of retail customer service experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
