Job Summary
Oversee team performance to deliver timely and accurate bills for three operating companies in Holmdel, NJ, while monitoring consistent application of company policies and procedures. Review daily and monthly reports to analyze operational performance, evaluate training needs, and coach individuals to deliver value-driven results. Coordinate back office billing activities with Legal, Compliance, Contact Center, and other departments, ensuring professional responses to complex customer inquiries. Maintain confidentiality, work independently or in teams, and support emergency response during large storm events, including extended hours as a Public Protector Dispatcher.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 5 years' relevant work experience
- Relevant work experience includes strong customer service skills
- Ability to coach
- Give honest and direct feedback
- Motivate others while working as part of a collaborative team
- Experience in a union environment
- Ability to manage under the provisions of a union contract
- Knowledge of Local 1289 Bargaining Agreement
- Supervisory experience

- Working knowledge of CRM
- Working knowledge of other related systems

- Must possess a valid driver's license
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality

- Must be able to support in the Public Protector Dispatcher support role
- Must be able to work extended hours
- Must be available to support storms in the Public Protector Dispatcher role
- Must be able to support other FirstEnergy business units with special projects/testing
- Must be able to coach individuals to deliver value driven results each day
