Job Summary
Oversee custodial operations across multiple locations within Pender County Schools by developing relationships with hourly staff, communicating daily with customers, and resolving immediate issues. Inspect facilities, train custodial teams, and maintain acceptable supply levels. Read safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals; write routine reports and correspondence. Maintain prompt, regular attendance. Daily work hours may vary. This Full or Part-Time position reports to the Account Manager and offers optional daily pay, medical, dental, and vision insurance.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals

- Previous management experience
