Job Summary
Oversee a team of 7 community associates by providing training, evaluating performance, and streamlining repairs for outstanding cases. Independently conduct unit history reports in Maximo and Tableau, run project planning, and enhance procedural changes. Coordinate with NYCHA departments and Property Management staff to ensure cases progress promptly, while facilitating resident communication and documenting updates on Zendesk. Conduct periodic site visits and escalate delays or potential issues in real time. Present to various NYCHA departments during project rollout and communicate roadblocks to interdepartmental units.
Required Qualifications
- A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college
- Two years of experience in community work or community centered activities in an area related to the duties described above
- High school graduation or equivalent
- Six years of experience in community work or community centered activities in an area related to the duties as described above
- Education and/or experience which is equivalent to 1 or 2 above
- At least one year of experience as described in 1 above
