Supervisor, Critical Operations

Supervisor, Critical Operations responsible for supervising and coordinating the maintenance and operation of electrical, mechanical, FLS, plumbing equipment, and related controls within a 7x24x365 data center. Leads the Critical Operations Team, provides on-the-floor assistance to customers during installs and projects, develops and trains staff, and ensures preventive and corrective maintenance, emergency response planning, budgeting input, and collaboration with SMEs. Oversees work orders, material planning, and safety/compliance, and may stand in for the Critical Operations Manager. Requires strong people leadership, customer service, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on reliable critical systems and safe, efficient operation. Must be able to support a non-remote environment and handle on-site responsibilities, including lifting and physical tasks as part of daily duties. Involves coordination of maintenance activities, incident reporting, and alignment with budget and policy goals.
