Job Summary
The Supervisor, Critical Operations is responsible for the supervision, tactical execution, installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical, mechanical, FLS, plumbing/piping equipment, machinery, and controls. Duties include emergency response planning, preventive maintenance, oversight of work orders, team leadership, and customer assistance on the Data Center floor. Candidates must possess excellent customer service and organizational skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve operational issues.
Required Qualifications
- Four or more years of workplace or relevant industry experience
- Previous direct or indirect people leadership experience
Desired Qualifications
- Six or more years of workplace or relevant industry experience
- Previous people leadership experience in a data center environment
