Job Summary
Supervises the PB Insurance Credits team and coordinates daily operations of credit resolution activities within the enterprise revenue cycle. Ensures accurate billing, collections, and posting processes; motivates staff to achieve high levels of customer service and financial performance; develops and reports service level metrics; participates in redesign of credit resolution processes and systems to improve data integrity and staff productivity; identifies training needs and coordinates with the department trainer; sets performance standards and provides feedback for improvement; ensures timely submission, tracking, and reporting of credit resolution activities to leadership. Requires an Associate's degree in Business or Healthcare Administration or related field and at least three years of revenue management experience; effective leadership, communication, and analytical skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business or Healthcare Administration or related field
- minimum of three (3) years of experience in revenue management, specifically in PB insurance credits resolution or related revenue cycle activities
- experience in a complex multi-entity healthcare organization or large, complex revenue cycle service is preferred
- supervisory or team-leading experience is preferred
- strong written and verbal communication skills
- proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
