Supervisor Credit & Collections

Oversee credit and collections processes by managing accounts receivable, negotiating payment plans with clients, and resolving delinquencies. Conduct daily reviews of credit reports, approve limits, and coordinate with underwriting teams on risk assessments. Monitor collection trends, generate aging reports, and implement strategies to reduce bad debt. Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies while supervising junior staff. This role requires a full-time schedule with occasional weekend coverage for high-volume periods.
