Job Summary
Supervise all aspects of construction field management and inspection processes for transmission line and substation projects in Massachusetts. Responsible for managing construction phases, ensuring compliance with environmental programs and safety practices, and promoting teamwork among various internal groups. Candidates must possess detailed knowledge of transmission construction and hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. A minimum of five to ten years of related experience is required.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of five (5) to ten (10) years of construction, maintenance, or related experience required
- Bachelor's degree in Applied Science, Engineering, Finance, Business, or the equivalent
- Must hold a valid motor vehicle driver’s license
- Detailed knowledge of transmission construction
- Thorough knowledge of applicable work practices and procedures, and safety requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Supervisory experience of both non-bargaining unit and bargaining unit employees
- Experience in Energy Delivery and transmission experience
