Job Summary
Supervise and oversee daily operations and staff for Community Health programs including Food Bank, Medical Nutrition Therapy, Medical Transportation, and Psychosocial Support; manage database administration and reporting; ensure program compliance with OLHSA and funding standards; supervise three or more staff with hiring/firing/discipline responsibilities; maintain external partner relationships and coordinated care, and deliver direct community health services as needed; requires a Bachelor's Degree in human services/health or equivalent experience, plus management experience and driver’s license; on-site role in Pontiac, MI.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in human services, health, or related field OR minimum of five (5) years of direct service experience in HIV care, public health, or related social service fields
- Two (2) years’ experience in management (including recruitment, selection, supervision, retention, and training); three (3) or more years preferred
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience working with low income, diverse populations
- Valid Driver’s License, valid automobile insurance and reliable transportation for job-related travel
