Job Summary
Supervise and manage day-to-day assigned inspector and client activities while providing ASME/NB technical and administrative support to staff and clients. Implement sales and marketing activities, support corporate technical initiatives, develop staff, and ensure compliance with ASME Code standards across training, inspection, documentation, and auditing. Requires 25-50% travel and a background as a commissioned Authorized Inspector with nuclear or non-nuclear exposure. This role supports all USIG service offerings within the Hartford Steam Boiler team, fostering an inclusive culture focused on innovative products and services for customers.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Required travel of 25-50%
Desired Qualifications
- BS Mechanical Engineering or Engineering Technology
- BA Munich Re Academy courses in management and leadership
- 4 to 6 years experience as a commissioned Authorized Inspector
- extensive nuclear or non-nuclear exposure
- Prerequisite education and 2 years experience as an AI or ANI to obtain NB Commission with 'B' and /or 'NS' Endorsement
