Job Summary
Supervise all office staff, prioritize daily assignments, and ensure timely, accurate documentation completion. Coordinate monthly department schedules with the Practice Manager, verify provider schedules, and manage inventory and office supplies. Act as a liaison between clinical and administrative teams to communicate changes to provider schedules, patient appointments, and operational issues. Conduct first-level triage of patient complaints, complete prior authorizations, and perform clinical responsibilities as required. Review patient and staff experience reports to drive improvements in care delivery. Full-time Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM. Salary range $41–42/hr.
Required Qualifications
- Possession of a valid, active license and current registration to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in New York State as issued by the New York State Education Department
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
- 1-2 years of nursing experience in an ambulatory care setting
- Strong clinical skills with an understanding of outpatient and ambulatory care procedures
- Proficiency in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and other healthcare technology
- Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to problem solve, strong written and verbal communication
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
