Job Summary
Supervisor, Clinical Services – Site of Care (SOC) leads day-to-day operations, drives performance against metrics, oversees training and policy implementation, and coordinates across internal departments to ensure high-quality, compliant service delivery. Responsibilities include talent development, quality improvement, cost reduction, standardized workflows, escalation management, and representing the SOC team in client-facing meetings. The role supports new client implementations, ensures regulatory compliance, and maintains partner relationships, with focus on optimizing operations and ensuring alignment with physician and patient needs.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in a people leadership or supervisory role and/or SME or Lead role
- Demonstrated ability to work in fast pace, multi-tasking team environment while meeting deadlines
- Strong coaching and interpersonal skills; Ability to cultivate a strong internal culture designed around collaboration, feedback, motivation and accountability
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills that drive results
- Ability to summarize complex issues and problems into a concise report, focused on key findings and outcomes; Proficiency in developing communication strategies for a wide array of audiences that support strategic objectives
