Job Summary
Train, supervise, and provide ongoing performance feedback to Behavioral Health Care Managers and Associate Behavioral Health Care Managers. Deliver brief evidence-based interventions, conduct comprehensive assessments, and coordinate care with oncology teams and psychiatric consultants. Monitor caseloads, workflows, and program metrics to ensure compliance with organizational policies, HIPAA, and CMS guidelines. Serve as a liaison between behavioral health, oncology providers, and consultants to promote seamless service integration. Maintain a limited active caseload while fostering a collaborative team culture emphasizing professional development.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- Active clinical license (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or similar) in at least one state
- Minimum 3–5 years of behavioral health clinical experience
- Experience with the Collaborative Care Model, or behavioral health in medical settings
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and organizational skills
Desired Qualifications
- Preference for experience in oncology, palliative care, or chronic disease behavioral health
- Preference for familiarity with CoCM billing, documentation, and population health management tools
