Supervisor, Clinical RN - Nursing Administration - Full Time

Supervises personnel and coordinates nursing shift activities within Nursing Administration; mentors under Clinical Manager/Director; leads staffing huddles, ensures patient care aligns with recognized standards and care models; advocates for patients and families; promotes patient safety and quality; identifies staffing needs and adjusts coverage; collaborates with the Pulse Center for bed management and patient flow; participates in investigations related to safety and operational issues; builds relationships with staff and patients to promote accountability and safe care delivery; assumes patient care assignment when needed; accepts other duties as assigned.
