Job Summary
Provide clinical supervision, coaching, and professional development to licensed and non-licensed clinicians while overseeing high-quality, trauma-informed mental health services for children, adolescents, adults, and families. Deliver direct clinical services including assessments, diagnosis, treatment planning, and therapy consistent with licensure. Monitor documentation, productivity, and service quality to ensure regulatory and organizational compliance. Support staff through case consultation, clinical training, and evidence-based practice implementation. Foster collaboration among therapists, case managers, medical providers, schools, and community partners. Assist with hiring, onboarding, performance coaching, and staff evaluations. Participate in quality improvement initiatives, chart reviews, and program development. Build relationships with referral sources to promote access to behavioral health services. Create a culture of compassion, accountability, and continuous learning. Requires Master's degree, active Ohio supervisory licensure, and two years of clinical leadership experience.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Clinical Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field
- Active Ohio licensure as one of the following with supervisory designation, where applicable: LISW, LPCC, IMFT
- Minimum of two years of clinical leadership or supervisory experience
- Experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, adults, and families
- Valid Ohio driver's license with reliable transportation
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supervising clinicians in outpatient, community behavioral health, or integrated care settings
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Informed Care, Motivational Interviewing, and family-centered treatment approaches
- Experience with clinical documentation standards, electronic health records, quality improvement initiatives, and regulatory compliance
- Familiarity with Ohio Medicaid behavioral health services, CARF accreditation standards, and behavioral health documentation requirements
- Bilingual skills
