Supervisor-Clinical Nursing-Peds/PICU (Evenings)

Nurse Supervisor to lead the Pediatrics/PICU unit, coordinating patient placement and daily staff assignments while serving as a clinical resource and maintaining bedside patient care. Responsibilities include supervising clinical activities, directing staff, facilitating education and meetings, collaborating with medical staff and families, supporting staff orientation and adherence to policies, participating in quality improvement, assisting with unit operations, staffing, budgeting, and timekeeping, and maintaining inventory and the physical environment. Requires an accredited nursing program graduate, active RN license in the hiring/compact state, and 2+ years of patient care experience with BLS certification. Preferred BSN and prior supervisory/leadership experience. The role combines leadership with hands-on nursing duties in a pediatric/PICU setting.
