Supervisor-Clinical Nursing : OB ED

Coordinate patient placement and staff assignments to ensure safe, efficient care delivery in the OB Emergency Department. Support clinical staff with patient care and unit operations while serving as a clinical resource for nurses, patients, and families. Step in as a staff nurse based on patient acuity and supervise clinical activities by responding to rapidly changing conditions. Collaborate with physicians, leadership, and interdisciplinary teams to lead quality improvement initiatives and assist with departmental operations including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management. Represent the department on committees and participate in staff education and onboarding.
