Supervisor-Clinical Nursing : OB ED

Coordinate patient placement and staff assignments to ensure safe, efficient care delivery in the OB Emergency Department. Support clinical staff with patient care and unit operations while serving as a clinical resource for nurses, patients, and families. Supervise and direct clinical activities, responding to rapidly changing patient conditions, and step in as a staff nurse based on acuity. Collaborate with physicians, leadership, and interdisciplinary teams to lead quality improvement initiatives and participate in staff education and onboarding. Assist with departmental operations including staffing, scheduling, resource utilization, and inventory maintenance. Represent the department on committees and organizational initiatives.
