Supervisor-Clinical Nursing : OB ED

Coordinate patient placement and staff assignments to ensure safe, efficient care delivery in the OB Emergency Department. Support clinical staff with patient care and unit operations while serving as a clinical resource for nurses, patients, and families. Supervise and direct clinical activities, responding to rapidly changing patient conditions, and step in as a staff nurse based on acuity. Collaborate with physicians, leadership, and interdisciplinary teams to lead quality improvement initiatives and assist with departmental operations including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management. Participate in staff education and onboarding. Requires an active RN license, minimum two years of patient care experience, and BLS certification within 30 days.
