Job Summary
Supervisor-Clinical Nursing at Mercy Hospice House (Evenings) leads planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation of operations and patient care for designated areas; serves as a clinical resource for staff and patients; functions as a staff nurse as needed; assumes managerial duties delegated by a manager; supports autonomous, community-based End-of-Life care. Requires RN licensure in the hiring state, ACLS, and nursing education credentials with a preferred BSN. Shift is Monday–Thursday, 1:00 PM–11:30 PM, with on-call and holiday rotation responsibilities. Mercy offers benefits including tuition reimbursement and education assistance. Provides care in home/community settings under Mercy Hospice standards.
Required Qualifications
- RN license (current) in hiring state and/or compact licensure
- ACLS certification
- Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN); Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred
