Job Summary
Supervisor-Clinical Nursing in Behavioral Health: oversees planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation of operations and patient care in designated areas; serves as a clinical resource for staff and patients; functions as a staff nurse as needed; assumes managerial duties delegated by a manager; adheres to Mercy mission, values, and service standards. Preference for a Bachelor's degree in nursing and supervisory/management experience. Position requires RN licensure in the state of practice, at least 2 years of patient care experience, and CPR certification; physical requirements include lifting up to 50 pounds and prolonged standing. Location: St. Louis, MO; full-time role.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited Nursing program.
- Must have a current RN Temporary Permit/RN license in the State of practice.
- 2 years' experience in patient care.
- CPR
