Supervisor Clinic RN – Urology FIRST HILL

Coordinate and manage clinical support staff and workflows within the urology clinic, acting as an integral member of the clinic leadership team. Oversee care provided by clinical staff to ensure patient services are efficient, safe, and timely while addressing physical, psychological, and spiritual needs. Lead clinical staff to improve quality and skill levels, working directly with physicians on practice-related nursing matters and ensuring compliance with established policies. This role functions as a leadership track position for a Registered Nurse with at least three years of direct patient care experience, preferably in an ambulatory setting. The candidate must hold a Washington Registered Nurse License and National Provider BLS certification upon hire.
