Job Summary
Clinical Staff Supervisor leads and coordinates the ambulatory OB-GYN clinic nursing team, overseeing clinical workflows, ensuring safe, efficient, and patient-centered care, and upholding nursing standards. Works as part of the clinic leadership to improve staff skills and quality of care while ensuring compliance with clinic policies. The role emphasizes supervision, delegation, and collaboration to provide compassionate, holistic patient care in a busy outpatient setting.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
- Oregon Registered Nurse License
- BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- 3 years Direct patient care, preferably in an ambulatory setting
- 1 year In a supervisory position, preferably in an ambulatory setting
- Clinical experience in triage principles of patient assessment
- Experience in delegation of nursing responsibilities to licensed and unlicensed personnel, preferably within the ambulatory setting
