Job Summary
Clinical Staff Supervisor leads nursing leadership within an OB/GYN clinic, coordinating and supervising clinical support staff, ensuring efficient, safe patient care, adherence to clinic policies, and continuous quality improvement in ambulatory settings. Responsibilities include overseeing staff, guiding clinical workflows, applying nursing standards of practice, triage principles, delegation of nursing responsibilities to licensed and unlicensed personnel, and fostering an patient-focused, compassionate care environment.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
- Upon hire: Oregon Registered Nurse License.
- 3 years Direct patient care, preferably in an ambulatory setting.
- 1 year In a supervisory position, preferably in an ambulatory setting.
- Clinical experience in triage principles of patient assessment.
- Experience in delegation of nursing responsibilities to licensed and unlicensed personnel, preferably within the ambulatory setting.
