Job Summary
Clinical Staff Supervisor coordinates and manages the clinic's clinical support staff and workflows, providing nursing leadership to ensure safe, efficient, and timely patient care while upholding standards of nursing practice. Oversees care delivered by clinical staff, leads quality and skill improvements, and ensures compliance with clinic policies. Requires RN licensure in Oregon, BLS, and several years of direct patient care with supervisory experience; ambulatory experience preferred. Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Oregon RN license
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- 3 years direct patient care (ambulatory setting preferred)
- 1 year supervisory experience (ambulatory setting preferred)
- Clinical experience in triage principles
- Experience delegating nursing responsibilities to licensed/unlicensed personnel (ambulatory setting preferred)
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
